The request received was to provide a team group image.  I was free to pick the location, so I decided to set the backdrop of Craig yr Aderyn, also known as Bird's Rock, rising to a height of 258 metres (846 ft) above sea level on the south bank of the River Dysynni near Llanfihangel-y-Pennant in the county of Gwynedd, north-west Wales.  It's big enough to look impressive and would fit into the photograph that I was planning. 

The image is a composite of a number of images, the mountains and back row are part of the original image. However, I had to add the six team members who couldn't make it on the night from individual images taken in various locations and lighting conditions over a two-week period (can you guess who they are?).  The images were then brought together to make this final image.
