Lap 5: 21 min

Lap 6: Just go!

Swim Exit 1

Was a relatively easy slope out of the lake.

Swim Exit 2

Was a gentle slope out of the lake.

Swim Entry

Unusually for swimrun this as an in-water start! There is just one swim entry, which involves stepping down from the pavement into the lake.

Apart from the two swim exit points (very short sections of trail), the running was on a hard surface (paving/tarmac) and was flat.
