Beat The Tide 4K, Swim in one of the UK's most beautiful estuaries and challenge yourself to Beat the Tide!  2023 saw the first year of no DNFs, well done to all, in some challenging conditions.

This 4K swim puts you through your paces as you travel through Aberdyfi Wharf, past the picturesque village and Penhelig corner and enjoy this special part of the Cambrian coastal area and UNESCO Biosphere.
